The Dress Code reflects Club traditions and standards of excellence. All Members, Guests and Juniors 10 years of age and older are asked to honour the Code at all times. Members are asked to inform their Guests, including nurses, nannies and anyone accompanying them, of the Dress Code and are responsible for their compliance. Children under age 10 are subject to no Dress Code other than that of good taste.
Blue jeans, denim jackets and clothing, cargo pants, emblazoned shirts and jackets, and soiled, ragged or torn clothing are not acceptable anywhere on the property.
Gentlemen are asked to remove hats indoors. In outdoor dining and bar areas, gentlemen’s Panama-style hats are acceptable attire. Billed, baseball-style hats, or peaked caps, are not acceptable dining and bar attire except at the Beach Shack. Billed hats, or peaked caps, worn backwards are not acceptable Club attire.
Gentlemen are required to tuck in shirttails in all dining and bar areas. Cabana-style and Guayabera shirts designed and hemmed to be worn outside trousers are acceptable attire in outdoor dining and bar areas. Tank tops are not acceptable attire for gentlemen.
Members and Guests are asked to wear discrete bathing attire. Distastefully brief clothing, topless sunbathing and thong bathing suits on ladies, and bikini shorts on gentlemen, are not acceptable.
Large, prominently visible tattoos are discouraged, and reasonable effort should be made to conceal them while on Club premises when possible. Shoes are required in all Club buildings and dining venues except around the pool and on the beach.
